New York City and Long Island only): We will send a technician over to your home or business for up to 1 hour On Site computer services. Most computer troubles and problems can be solved within an hour. Each additional hour is billed at a rate of $50 an hour. Should an onsite call be needed after attempting to resolve the issue over the phone, the phone tech support is free. Cost: $120
Computer Refurbishing (Service areas only): In the event your computer is not repairable on site, it may be necessary to take back to the lab and refurbish it for proper operation. This is typical in computers that have many virus and or spyware problems. Not all virus and spyware problems can be resolved without a fresh reinstall. This includes backing up all data and formatting the hard drive. Then, a fresh copy of Windows and other software is reinstalled back onto the machine and all customer data is restored as well.
